On this occasion each one will make a welcome decoration.
Collect some smooth stones that you like (10 stones maximum), of medium size and of different shapes. Also find a large rock to use as the base of the ornament. You have 5 minutes for this.
Go back and find a place to start making your ornament using the stones and your imagination, you have 10 minutes.
Of the 10 stones, choose the ones you like the most and according to the number of members of your family or people who live in your house. For example, if there are 5 in your family, just choose that amount. For example, the Stone that represents dad: Marco. Set aside the other stones as they can serve as the base of the ornament.
Then, paint the eyes on each stone and put the name of the family member it represents on the front and so on with the rest of the stones.
When they are all ready, stick them on the large base stone where they all fit.
Also on the base paint the phrase: Welcome Flintstone Family or your family’s surname , for example LOS UMAÑA RIVAS
The activities of this stage are almost games, simple and motivating. They create interest and anticipation for what is to come. This stage is recreational and invites them to participate, “to get their feet wet” in God’s creation.
